v4.3.0 - Improved license activation and error logging

Some windows users were experiencing issues with the automatic license acquisition. The license activation process has been improved to handle these cases better and provide more informative error messages when issues occur.
Fix a bug in the logging setup, that cause the application to loose the early startup logs.
